The essence of the role

We are looking for a customer solution manager with excellent technical acumen to scope, and architect mobile network testing solutions for network operators, system integrators and equipment vendors. The customer solution manager will work with customers worldwide , understand their requirements, recommend solutions to fulfil their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

They will provide, technical expertise based on Emblasoft products and services and focused on different phases of the sales process, including:

  • Customer requirement analysis
  • Feature-by-feature demonstrations
  • Competitive positioning
  • Scoping and creating proposals

Applicants for this role should have a solid understanding of mobile core network virtualisation and cloud (ideally in testing) technologies, a passion for building cutting-edge customer solutions, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a can-do attitude.

 As our new Customer Solution Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with customers and our sales team to define, analyse, and design appropriate business and technical solutions to meet customer objectives 
  • Serve as the Customer solution expert and consultative resource for Emblasoft’s worldwide sales force and provide technical expertise in competitive situations. 
  • Identify and capture customer requirements and convert them into proposals for Emblasoft solutions – including statement of compliance and work, and other key documentation. . 
  • Foster relationships and collaboration with clients to establish Emblasoft’s leadership in meeting complex customer mobile core testing requirements. 
  • Build re-usable documents, models, methodologies and resources, and train the sales organisation to better scale the business. 
  • Provide input on roadmap deliverables to the product management team. 


Who are you?

You also like to collaborate and to share your knowledge with your colleagues. You are a Self-starter with the ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your work, while being part of a team. You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering, Computer Science or another technical field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as Systems Engineer or Solutions Architect 
  • Strong knowledge in mobile communications and its underlying technologies, such as signalling, protocols and networks (e.g. 5G, IoT, LTE, VoLTE, IMS)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 

You will stand out from the crowd if you have:

  • Solution experience in software testing solutions and can discuss use cases and traffic flows.
  • Experience of DevOps processes, as well as CI/CD practices
  • Background in carrier networks or equipment vendors and are used to working in virtualised and cloud environments
