Emblasoft continues to invest in our organisation to support its growth with customers and partners globally and we’re thrilled to announce the appointment of two new professionals to our team.

Vugar Aliyev

Vugar Aliyev joins the team as Principal Solution Architect, focusing on product management for 5G test and assurance as we support our customers in their evolution to autonomous network operations. He brings an outstanding track record to Emblasoft, having held leadership positions in Presales and Sales Engineering, running teams across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

He has designed and delivered custom solution for some of the world’s leading CSPs, including T-Mobile, Vodafone, Telefónica, Orange and Telenor, and this experience will be critical as our customers seek new ways of integrating our solutions with their evolving network architectures.

Vugar specialises in architecting AI-driven frameworks that translate complex data pipelines into real-world network transformation. With an MSc from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, his expertise will be essential for our CSP customers and partners as they evolve towards fully autonomous, self-healing 5G operations.

Niklas Berglind

Niklas Berglind, meanwhile, joins as Customer Operations Engineer, bringing more than 25 years of telecoms experience to our organisation. Schooled in engineering processes and quality-first delivery, Niklas has led companies through ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications.

Niklas joined our industry back when SMS was the killer app – and has worked in multiple fields, from signalling protocols to product management and team leadership, always with a strong focus on what quality really means to real-time CSPs.

He brings strong cross-functional experience, gained from working with major European and global service providers. Today, he is focused on building the tools to test and assure 5G networks – so, while some things change, the need for quality and the right people to deliver it remains constant.
