Emblasoft is part of a consortium of industry leading infrastructure, application, AI, and Automation specialists led by telecoms provider Telenor that has developed a breakthrough solution for providing flexible, tailored, on-demand 5G services and slices. The introduction of private 5G Standalone (SA) promises the rapid provision of tailored network services and slices, each with unique performance and security capabilities, enabling enterprises across all industry verticals to access customised, advanced 5G performance, flexibility, and scalability whenever they need it.
However, realising that promise is a challenge. Many MNOs are investing in a complex, multi-vendor 5G portfolio that must offer seamless service performance and orchestration. Emblasoft is part of a consortium of well-known providers led by telecoms provider Telenor — also including Airbus, Airolit, Cumucore, Druid Software, ENEA, i2i Systems, Intel, Nokia, Oracle Communications, Red Hat and the University of Oslo — that has created a solution to enable consumers (in this case, businesses that want services that can be supported over dedicated network slices) request and obtain the performance they need.
The solution is ground-breaking and has been entered into the annual Mobile World Conference (MWC) GLOMO awards to be held in Barcelona between 3–6 March 2025.
Entered under the ‘Best Private Network Solution’ category – we believe the solution is a game-changer. It offers simple, fast, efficient provisioning of highly scalable 5G network slice and service resources as they are needed. It can be tailored to needs of any industry – from banking (where customers might have a focus on security, for example), to the one-off provision of remote 5G services for an emergency incident (where speed, low latency, flexibility, and reliability might be the priority).
Automated 5G service Orchestration throughout the technology stack
The solution combines telco infrastructure, network resource deployment according to the needs of the service consumer, innovative AI and cloud capabilities, end-user applications, and automation. It is a powerful solution that also ensures agility, flexibility, scalability, real-time provision, and automated orchestration of services throughout the technology stack (see Figure 1) – without any detailed knowledge being required by the party requesting the service.

Importantly, the solution uses an intelligent customer portal powered by OpenAI GPT that makes ordering private 5G services simple, fast, and reliable using a single pane of glass. Through AI, users can describe their exact needs via simple language, which is then translated by AI to quickly provision unique 5G network services or slices for your business. Its simplicity is key.
